In the wake of 2020 shutdowns many businesses were forced to pivot, and one industry hit very hard was the events industry. I was called on by Behind The Scenes Catering to strategize on creating virtual event experiences and remote catering services. By working closely with their Executive Chef we were able to come up with a catalog of seasonal offerings to showcase their culinary expertise and strategically inject gift items to add value and completing the experience.
On the back end many of the items in the catalog were able to be private labeled, substituted and branded - therefore enhancing the clients’ vision and voice.
