The Challenge

Sales teams relied on large PowerPoint presentations and PDFs to develop proposals for major clients and conventions including TED, Comic-Con, and ESRI. Assets were stored across multiple locations, making it difficult to locate current, approved materials and resulting in inconsistent customer-facing communications.

Led the evaluation, implementation, adoption, and governance of the organization's centralized proposal management platform.
